EOS Fitness is planning to open its fourth Plano location near SH 121 and Coit Road.

EOS Fitness has month-to-month memberships and is known for its cardio theater, where members can watch movies while working out. Other amenities at the gym include its camera-friendly space for content creators, indoor green turf, indoor pool, hot tub and saunas per previous reporting.
The fitness center also uses AI software that provides its members with personalized training plans for gym equipment, per previous reporting.
Construction is estimated to start in September, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration, and is expected to be completed by July 2027.
The background
The new fitness location will be in the same space as the former Kroger location that closed in January 2025. Plano’s planning and zoning commission unanimously voted to approve a new fitness center at the location April 20, per previous reporting.
EOS fitness has three other locations in Plano, including its locations along K Avenue, 15th Street and Preston Road.
