President George Bush Turnpike ramp closures begin Aug. 27 in Plano

Several ramps will be closed nightly in Plano at the intersection of President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT) and U.S. 75.

The closures will take place from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. and are needed for the Texas Department of Transportation to finish maintenance work on the highway, according to a city of Plano social media post.

Closures planned for Aug. 27-29 will include the northbound U.S. 75 to east and westbound PGBT connector ramps.

Drivers can take detours via the Plano Parkway and 15th Street exit to reroute back to PGBT, according to the post.
