Fitness studio Hotworx plans to open a new location in Plano on May 16 at 7965 Custer Road, Ste. 114, according to a spokesperson for the company.
Hotworx offers virtually instructed heat, infrared energy and exercise workouts, which include a 30-minute isometric workout or a 15-minute high-intensity interval training session.
The gym features an infrared sauna and other workout equipment.
Members have 24/7 unlimited access to infrared fitness training. Additionally, an app can help members book sessions, track calories and compete with other members.
