Plano residents will now see city enforcement of the no-parking zone lining Blackwood Drive off of Lorimar Drive.
What happened
Plano City Council approved an ordinance on June 23 that officially establishes no-parking zones along Blackwood Drive, located between Lorimar Drive and Bear Run Drive.
The neighborhood’s homeowners association had previously identified Blackwood Drive, which is a small road that serves as an entrance to the Preston View subdivision, as needing restricted parking to maintain safe access for residents.
