A company news release stated that Uchiko Plano will open June 18 in Legacy West.
This Japanese restaurant has locations in Austin and Houston.
Dallas native, Chef Steffen Perico will lead the team as Chef de Cuisine and Chef Dale Park will be the head sushi chef.
The menu will feature beef from Japan, Australia and the United States as well as a daily selection of freshly flown-in fish.
