Fujiya is scheduled to open at the end of July on Renner Road in Plano, according to a company representative. The new restaurant will be located across from Methodist Richardson Medical Center.

Fujiya’s menu features Asian and Japanese cuisine including sushi, noodles and ramen, the company website states.
