Hutto home sales up, Pflugerville median home prices down in October

More homes were sold in Hutto compared to Pflugerville in October, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors.

Year-over-year home sales in the Pflugerville-Hutto market were up in Hutto ZIP code 78634 with 107 sales—30 more homes sold this October than last October.

In Pflugerville ZIP code 78660, there were 35 fewer homes sold this October than last October.

Median home prices were down across the market. Prices in Pflugerville dipped the most in the market by nearly 13.5%, going from $425,000 to just over $368,000.

The majority of homes in the market—146—were sold between the $300,000 and $499,999 price range in October. There was also:

• 1 home sold for $900,000 or more
• 1 home sold between $700,000 and $899,999
• 29 homes sold between $500,000 and $699,999
• 9 homes sold for $299,999 or less

This October, Pflugerville homes sat on the market for an average of just over two months, over three weeks longer than last October. Homes in Hutto, however, stayed on the market for 40 days both this October and last October.
