While the city of Pflugerville works on transitioning its current utility billing system to a new one, some payments to the Utility Billing Department may be affected from Nov. 1-14.
What residents need to know
Online ACH or credit card payments payments scheduled during this time will not be processed. Residents can reschedule their payments for after Nov. 15. If using a bank draft through the department, payments will post on the normal due date.
The utility billing office will still be open and can answer questions and provide essential services, but will not accept in person cash or check payments at this time. There will be no late fees or disconnections for failure to pay between Nov. 1-14, but residents must pay their bill by Nov. 30.
