Hutto Parks and Recreation partnered with ALTA Ed Schmidt to open two new pickleball courts and an 18-hole disc golf course.

The new amenities are located at 2001 County Road, Ste. 119, and are open to the public and free to use. The additions follow the opening of four pickleball courts at Hutto's Riverwalk Park in late March.
The city has other park improvements in the works, with Fritz Park expected to open soon. Once open, residents will find an expanded splash pad, and the park will also feature new playground equipment, walking trails and expanded parking.
