Developer breaks ground on final phase of industrial development at SH 130, Pecan Street

Construction is underway on approximately 490,000 square feet of industrial buildings at the northeast corner of SH 130 and Pecan Street.

Developer Ironwood Realty Partners broke ground on the project April 17.

The project is the last of three phases in the 130 Crossing Industrial Park, situated at the south end of the Lakeside Meadows mixed-use development.

The first two phases brought a combined 675,000 square feet of industrial space. Tenants in the existing space at 130 Crossing Industrial Park include building materials supplier Wisenbaker Builder Services.

Completion on Phase 3 is expected in late 2023. No tenants have been announced yet for the space.

"This next phase of facilities will enable us to move forward with our objectives and strategic recruitment, which have been dependent on the infrastructure and facilities to move quickly in a rapidly moving market," said Amy Madison, executive director of the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation, in an April 17 release.
