Design work is set to begin on a project constructing approximately 15,300 linear feet of new wastewater lines in Pflugerville.
At a July 26 meeting, the Pflugerville City Council approved an $860,343 professional services agreement with Walker Partners LLC for preliminary design services on the project.
The scope of the project involves construction of 13,900 linear feet of 27-inch wastewater interceptor line roughly along Kelly Lane.
It also includes 1,400 linear feet of 12- to 15-inch interceptor lines that will eliminate the need for four nearby lift stations, which will be decommissioned.
