Pflugerville’s third H-E-B grocery store is now open to the public following a grand opening event Nov. 12.

The store is the only in the city with a True Texas BBQ restaurant.

Phyllis Jones is the store leader, overseeing 500 new jobs created with the store.

“We’re really excited to be able to open the door in time for Thanksgiving to be able to serve families,” H-E-B Public Affairs Manager Johnny Mojica said.
Mojica also said the first 300 customers will receive goody bags for the grocery store’s opening day.
