The Pearland Economic Development Corporation moved into the newly renovated Pearland City Hall, located at 3519 Liberty Drive in Pearland, on March 27. The corporation was temporarily housed at the Shadow Creek Business Center, located at 11233 Shadow Creek Parkway as the renovations at City Hall were being finished.
