Owner Tony Doeun opened Chop Ice Cream on Aug. 20 in Pearland Town Center. Located at 11200 W. Broadway St., Ste. 1050, Pearland, the shop offers handcrafted ice cream. Customers can choose from a selection of dairy bases, such as whole or almond milk, in addition to ice cream flavors. The ice cream is then made in front of patrons.
