First United Methodist Church of Pearland opened a new campus called Redeemer Church, which is currently focused on families and children. Redeemer Church is at the location of the old Grace United Methodist Church at 18218 Hwy. 6, Manvel. The property was acquired in July of 2015 and renovated as part of a $2.3 million capital campaign.
