Azzam Abdellatis has opened Chefman Mediterranean Food at 1921 E. Broadway St., Pearland, where NZ Cafe used to be. The menu is now completely Mediterranean food, as opposed to fusion, as it was at NZ Cafe. Popular menu items include gyros, kabobs and barbecue. Abdellatis took over in October. 832-664-8108.
