Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery will open a franchise location in late August at the Autumn Creek Village Shopping Center, 3141 FM 528, Ste. 348, Friendswood. The 1,200-square-foot store will serve 300 cupcake flavors, with 15 signature cupcakes and a rotating selection of specialty and seasonal flavors. Additionally, 40 flavors of ice cream will be made on-site, with 10 signature flavors and a rotating menu of seasonal flavors.
