<p>The issuance of $380,075,298 school building bonds for safety & security improvements and equipment throughout the district, and the construction, acquisition and equipment of school buildings in the district (including the rehabilitation, renovation, expansion and improvement thereof), and the purchase of the necessary sites for school buildings, including without limitation, for two elementary schools, one replacement elementary school (for Disney Elementary and Stevenson Primary), one junior high school, and renovation and expansion of high schools (Alvin and Manvel), and levying and imposition of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the costs of any credit agreements. This is a property tax increase.</p>
