The city of Manvel is seeing two new retail centers being developed, according to a Feb. 22 social media post by Mayor Dan Davis.

Both the Shops at Manvel and the Shops at Bluewater are leased by Hunington Properties and include a mix of tenants.
Confirmed tenants for the Shops at Manvel, which is located at Highway 6 and Wilson Drive, include WAH Coffee, Ronnie’s Patties and Wingbay.
Site maps posted on Hunington’s website show two more vacant spaces for lease, including a 6,925 square foot corner space with access for a drive-thru.

Additionally, the Shops at Bluewater are located at the entrance of the Valencia master-planned community and future Manvel City Center at 18909 Highway 6, according to the website.
Confirmed tenants listed include Hawaiian Bros Island Grill, Hemma House and Pressed and Polished Dry Cleaning.
“That is a strong start and a good mix of food, family and everyday services,” Davis posted online.
