Barton Creek at Loop 360 is under a flash flood warning until Aug. 29. A Travis County news release stated the creek level is expected to rise above flood stage by 1 p.m. Sunday. At 2 p.m. Saturday, the creek stage was at 2.5 feet, with flood stage set at 8 feet, the release stated. By Sunday afternoon, the waters are expected to rise, cresting near 9.9 feet by 1 a.m. Monday before falling below flood stage by around 4 p.m. Monday, it stated.
