Health-driven restaurant True Food Kitchen announced Jan. 22 that it plans to open a second Austin location in The Domain in late 2018. True Food Kitchen will serve a seasonal menu of healthful entrees, salads, appetizers and desserts with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. The 8,000-square-foot restaurant will be located at 11410 Century Oaks Terrace, Ste. 144, Austin, in the former Blackfinn Ameripub space. It will include indoor and outdoor dining spaces and a private dining room. An indoor/outdoor bar will serve fresh-pressed fruit and vegetable juices; cocktails; and local beer and wine. Restaurateur Sam Fox and Dr. Andrew Weil co-founded True Food Kitchen and opened the first location in Phoenix in 2008.
