Mexican Sugar officially opened at The Domain on March 24, replacing the former Museum of Ice Cream location.

The details

The restaurant serves scratch-made Latin cuisine including hand-pressed tortillas made daily. Menu items include ceviche, Spanish mussels, mesquite grilled chicken, fried shrimp and elote tacos, and lump crab enchiladas.

The restaurant also features handcrafted cocktails and an agave program for guests to explore its collection of tequilas, mezcals and sotols through curated tastings.
