Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is opening two locations in Austin this winter, offering culinary-driven ice cream flavors, including dairy-free options. The first shop will open at 1208 S. Congress Ave., Austin, and a second shop will be located in Domain Northside at 11601 Rock Rose Ave., Ste. 110, Austin. The Ohio-based ice cream shop will serve fine dining-driven flavors such as Brown Butter Almond Brittle + Brambleberry Crisp, as well as four dairy-free flavors.
