Located next to Celis Brewery, Rio Grande Valley food truck Con Todo has announced its closure.

The business was opened by chef and owner Joseph Gomez in October 2021.
The truck was recently recognized as a Michelin-recommended eatery in 2024 and was a James Beard Award semi-finalist for the “Best Chef: Texas” category.
Gomez announced the business’ closure in an Instagram post and the business’ website has been deleted.
“I struggled a lot with the decision but ultimately was the best decision for my family and I hope y’all can understand that,” Gomez stated in the post.

The menu consisted of tacos, quesadillas, tostadas and more.
