A new luxury apartment complex is being built approximately 1 mile south of The Domain in North Austin.
Nationwide development firm Presidium on March 15 announced it has broken ground on construction of its upcoming Presidium Waterford building. The apartment development, located at 9127 Research Blvd., Austin, is expected to open its first units to residents in December 2022, according to Presidium.
More than 280 luxury apartments will be built throughout the five-story development. The units will be made up of one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 400 square feet to 1,648 square feet of space, a Presidium representative told Community Impact Newspaper in an email.
According to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Presidium plans to also build a seven-level parking garage at the site.
