Over 350 multifamily units now complete along Tech Ridge corridor

Real estate developer Presidium announced in June the full completion of Presidium Tech Ridge, a 358-unit multifamily development in Northeast Austin.

Per the June 11 news release, the four-story development includes:

• Interior features such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, built-in wine coolers, keyless entry and smart thermostats
• Outdoor amenities such as a zero-edge pool, dog park, yoga lawn, outdoor kitchens, courtyards with fire pits and a trail system connecting to a creek and four acres of preserved parkland
• Other community amenities such as an indoor-outdoor clubroom, coworking lounge, fitness center, virtual sports lounge and car cleaning station

Studio, one- and two-bedroom options are available.

The community also features air and heat conditioned corridors alongside a variety of sustainability features, including:

• A centralized hot water system that reduces energy usage by up to 40%
• Thermal-efficient windows
• Energy-saving appliances
• Electric vehicle charging stations
• An advanced stormwater management system
