Kevin Chen is holding a soft opening of Zero Below Ice Cream from April 6-13 at 9070 Research Blvd., Ste. 104, Austin. The shop serves Thai rolled ice cream topped with candies, fruit, marshmallows, graham crackers and sauces. Zero Below also serves coffee, espresso drinks and milkshakes.
