3. Get face painting done by a clown Catch Air Austin, a children’s indoor play facility, will host Kiwi the Clown for face painting Friday. Children can have their faces painted for free as long as they pay the admission fee. Catch Air locations are also offering free admission all month for Hurricane Harvey evacuees. 3-5 p.m. $7 for children ages 1-2, $11 for guests ages 3-16. 4. Celebrate 10 years of the Mexican American Cultural Center
The Mexican American Cultural Center is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with events on Friday and Saturday. The celebration begins Friday evening with a gallery featuring art by Raul Valdez. On Saturday, there will be family activities and performances on the plaza.
