Owner Jaime Astorga opened Mr. Brew Coffee on Research Boulevard in September.

Mr. Brew Coffee offers classic drinks such as black coffee, lattes and teas as well as specialty coffee drinks that can be served hot, iced or blended.
In addition to coffee, the shop sells agua frescas, Italian sodas, smoothies and snacks.
Customers can also make their own cold drinks by combining offered flavors with a choice of one of the shop’s five base drinks and adding real fruit or boba.

This is the shop's second location with its first location serving customers at Community Gardens in Bastrop.
Astorga said the business currently offers drive-thru and counter service but is looking to open the inside of the shop for customers to enjoy their drinks at the business in the next 30 days.
