Southlake’s White Chapel Village attracts six-story Marriott Delta development

A Southlake 2035 Corridor Planning Committee meeting was held Aug. 10, and developers presented plans for a Marriott Delta hotel in the White Chapel Village development site.

The site is located at the southeast corner of North White Chapel Boulevard and SH 114 in Southlake.

Developers said the site will be developed in multiple phases, with the first consisting of the six-story, full-service hotel on 5 acres.

The hotel, if approved by City Council, will have a restaurant and bar as well as a conference center that includes a ballroom, board room and meeting room.

Preliminary plans show it will have 240 guest suites as well as a fitness center.

The remaining 10.865 acres on the site will have a mixture of potential uses, which may include full-service restaurants, office, retail and commercial.
