Yearby’s Barbecue and Waterice is coming soon to Allen, owner Sabrina Henley said.
The restaurant serves brisket, lamb ribs and turkey breast with sides such as mac and cheese, collard greens, potato salad, coleslaw and more.
"Every brisket, beef rib, and sausage maintains classic Central Texas flavor while meeting halal standards," the business's website states.
Yearby’s Barbecue and Waterice relocated from Pilot Point to Plano in December 2025 and then closed its Plano location in June after finding a long-term lease in Allen, according to the business's social media.
