Recently completed
An $8 million project to expand Plum Grove Road near the entrance of The Trails was finished in September. The roadway was expanded to four lanes, and traffic signals were installed.
Coming soon
This fall, a new homebuilder is scheduled to begin construction on move-in-ready houses in The Trails. First America Homes, a division of developer The Signorelli Co., has joined the lineup of builders for the community's second phase, which features 344 homesites.
Two new nature trail loops are scheduled to open this fall at The Trails. The loops will be among the many amenities for residents enjoying the outdoors.
Construction is planned for a new retail center—to be called Trails Market—near The Trails. The center will be built on 11.6 acres, and work is expected to begin in 2027 and wrap up in 2028.
