Yard 99—a waterside three-restaurant concept—is expected to break ground in the next two to three years in Valley Ranch in New Caney, a spokesperson with the project’s developer, The Signorelli Co., confirmed via email June 25.
The project is still being designed, but will feature restaurants with open outdoor spaces that spill out onto the waterfront, as previously reported by Community Impact. Yard 99 will be part of Valley Ranch’s Entertainment District, which also features offerings such as:
- Hope Media Group’s headquarters
- The East Montgomery County Improvement District’s convention center, which is still under construction
- Lumos, an entertainment and event venue
- Cinemark movie theater
Specific restaurants to be located in Yard 99 have yet to be announced.
