New Braunfels Utilities announced it will close the outer lane of the 100 block of North Seguin Avenue on Oct. 10 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. The closure will affect Seguin from the downtown Main Plaza to Mill Street and is necessary for crews to complete water infrastructure work in the area. Traffic controls will be in place, according to NBU, to guide traffic and allow for the safe passage of work crews, equipment and materials.
