Median home sales prices in New Braunfels were down slightly when comparing June 2023 to June 2024. Home prices were down 2.3% in ZIP code 78130 to $318,815 and down 8.25% in 78132 to $517,450, according to data provided by the Four Rivers Association of Realtors.
