New Braunfels seeks resident input for street projects ahead of budget discussions

If you are a New Braunfels resident, you could have a say in which city roads need to be worked on in the coming year.

The city of New Braunfels is seeking public input for street projects to be completed during the next fiscal year ahead of 2026-27 budget discussions.

What you need to know

There will be an in-person, public forum July 29 in the Tejas Room at New Braunfels City Hall, which is located at 550 Landa St. There will be information about which roads are eligible for street maintenance projects and how the selection process works, according to a city news release.

Residents will be given information on how to formally submit their input for city street improvements at the end of the forum. Individuals who are unable to attend will be able to fill out an online survey, which will be available from July 27 through Aug. 7, according to the release.
