On April 4 from 9 a.m.-noon, the Geronimo and Alligator Creeks Partnership will host the eighth annual Geronimo and Alligator Creeks Watershed Clean-Up event.
The cleanup is part of the Geronimo and Alligator Creeks Watershed Protection Plan, and volunteers can register online on the Geronimo Creek website.
“As a volunteer, you can help protect Geronimo and Alligator Creeks by collecting trash from several target areas that drain to the creeks,” said Mark Enders, watershed program manager for the city of New Braunfels, in a press release. "Geronimo and Alligator creeks are tributaries to the Guadalupe River."
