The Linden in Solms Landing set to open leasing office in June

The Linden, a residential apartment community in New Braunfels, is making progress in construction, with the leasing office and clubhouse set to open June 1.

The details

The development from Alan Harrison Company will comprise 340 units and is located at 355 Dragoon Xing, near I-35 and the Creekside area, Property Manager Jerry Lewis said. The development is part of the Solms Landing master-planned community.

Lewis said some of the amenities include:

• A gym
• A clubhouse
• A swimming pool
• A private work area
• A dog park with a dog washing station

The update

The clubhouse and leasing office are set to open this summer, Lewis said, and the first 88 units, located in the initial building, will be available beginning in mid-July.

Subsequent buildings are scheduled to be completed between August and January, Lewis said.
