Drever Management Co. held a groundbreaking on June 8 for Larkspur at Creekside, a 184-unit community for residents over the age of 55.
Located at 340 FM 483, New Braunfels, the community will be the management company's third adult rental resort community in Texas and will be part of the master-planned New Braunfels Town Centre community near Resolute Health Hospital.
The 9-acre community is anticipated to open in summer of 2022 and will include 32 two-bedroom private cottages and 152 one-bedroom apartments.
Each unit will feature full kitchens, walk-in showers, vinyl plank flooring and noise dampening walls.
