New Braunfels residents and community members will have the opportunity to give input on the future of the Dittlinger Mill site, formerly known as the ADM Mill.

Oxbow Development Group, a San Antonio-based real estate development company, will hold a public meeting on Aug. 25 at 5:30 p.m. in the New Braunfels Civic & Convention Center’s Garden Room to gather community input on the future of the Dittlinger Mill/ADM Mill site. Oxbow Development Group developed San Antonio’s Pearl district, Pullman Market, Hotel Emma and Best Quality Daughter, according to the group’s portfolio.
Attendees will participate in a series of interactive exercises designed to gather feedback on potential uses for the site, desired public spaces and design priorities. The input collected from this meeting will help guide ongoing planning and ensure the project reflects community values and aspirations, according to a news release.
