A sports physical therapy clinic has relocated in New Braunfels.

The Movement Doc. of Texas relocated from 1965 Post Road, Ste. 102 to a larger space at 4540 FM 1102, Ste. 303 in New Braunfels on Sept. 15.

Current situation

The clinic, owned by Alisha Ponce, offers one-on-one physical therapy, performance testing and recovery/wellness services. Ponce said she has added a recovery room in their new space so their active adults or athletes have access to a cold plunge, sauna and compression boots.

Ponce said the clinic's main clientele are athletes and active individuals and they take time to listen and understand each person's goals.

"We combine hands-on care with strength training and objective testing to help guide their progress," Ponce said. "As a locally owned practice, we want people to feel heard, supported and confident in what their bodies can do."
