Pho You opened in Freiheit Village at 2031 Central Plaza, Ste. 107, New Braunfels, in the same location as the now-shuttered Pho 7 Spices.
Owner Rachel Lu said they offer a variety of Pho, boba tea, banh mi, noodle and rice dishes and more.
