New Braunfels native Kayleigh Bryan opened a new swim shop at 230 W. Mill St. on May 2.

The small business—called Brackish Goods—sells men and women's swimwear, clothing, sunscreen, jewelry, sunglasses and more.
Bryan said she had always wanted to open her store.
"I've always been drawn to the beach and the coastal lifestyle, having lived in Australia and traveled to many incredible beaches that I wanted to bring that coastal vibe to our little river town," Bryan told Community Impact.
