Monterrey Furniture, a family-owned business from San Antonio, has opened a new showroom in New Braunfels.

The expansion aims to provide a more convenient location for customers in the area and surrounding communities, owner Ramiro Garza said.
"We're just excited to be closer to New Braunfels, San Marcos, all of those areas that might have to drive out to see our showroom," Garza said.
The original location is located at 1722 N. Main Ave., San Antonio, and has been operating since 1995, Garza said.
What they offer
The shop features a range of furniture, including both imported pieces from Mexico and Texas-made options, Garza said.
Monterrey Furniture is known for its handcrafted items and offers customization for many of its products.
Customers can adjust the size, color and design of their furniture without incurring additional custom-order fees, Garza said. The only cost changes are based on the size and materials chosen.
