A new coffee shop called Lucky Brew will be opening in the Mission Valley Bowling Club parking lot at 2311 TX-46, New Braunfels this spring.

Lucky Brew is owned by Josie Olson, who is originally from Seattle. Olson moved to Texas in 2017 and decided to open a coffee shop in New Braunfels because it had been her lifelong dream.

"Since my family moved to this wonderful area in 2020, I have fallen in love with the vibrant community and the friendships we've formed," Olson told Community Impact.

Olson said she was excited to contribute to the community by creating a space where people can gather, connect and enjoy coffee.

Lucky Brew will serve hand-crafted coffees made with coffee beans from the Pacific Northwest. The coffee shop will also offer Italian sodas, energy drinks and teas.
