What we know
Fatburger closed its doors as of early March, according to signage posted at the restaurant from the company’s management team. The restaurant was located at the New Braunfels MarketPlace shopping center at 675 Business Loop I-35, Ste. 201.
The New Braunfels location opened in November 2024, according to previous reporting from Community Impact.
