The three-story, 15,000-square-foot rooftop bar and live music venue offers a wide range of classic and signature cocktails. Cowboys and Cadillacs is locally owned by Cameron Corzine and also serves flatbreads, salads, entrees and desserts.
Family Care Center
This is the mental health clinic’s third location in the Southwest Texas area and 40th location overall. Family Care Center offers a wide range of outpatient mental health services for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and more.
Pep Talk Pediatrics
The practice, owned by Michelle Andrews, offers speech therapy evaluations for speech sound disorders, early language development and alternative communication methods such as augmentative and alternative communication.
13 Trees Coffee Haus
13 Trees Coffee Haus, is now open in New Braunfels, specializing in siphon-brewed coffee. Owner Jamie Rosales named the shop in honor of her family of 13. Siphon-brewed coffee is made with a special coffee maker that uses boiling water and vacuum pressure to brew.
Sundance Mercantile
The boutique sells women’s apparel, home decor, stationery items, organic soaps, cowboy boots, accessories and more. Sundance Mercantile also features a permanent jewelry bar and customizes trucker hats and felt hats.
Winslet Provisions
The coffee shop—locally operated by Jerry & Meredith Purtle—serves specialty coffee, espresso and teas.

The pilates studio will offer 45-minute group pilates classes.
Poco Loco Supermercado
The supermarket is opening off Hwy. 46 and Oelkers Drive in New Braunfels, according to a listing from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Poco Loco Supermercado sells produce, meat, canned goods and pastries.
Corral Prime Meat Market
The market will serve as a “local, one-stop shop” for high-quality cuts of meat, according to a social media post.
New Braunfels’ Barber
The barbershop—owned by Fred Cortez—will specialize in men’s grooming, offering traditional men’s haircuts, razor fades and straight razor shaves.
Relocations
Hill Country Internal Medicine and Weight Loss
The medical clinic, locally owned by Majid Atique, is currently located at 790 Generations Drive, Ste. 210, but will be relocating to 741 Generations Drive, Ste. 205. Hill Country Internal Medicine and Weight Loss specializes in medical weight loss and also provides primary care. Atique said the new location will give them the opportunity to house more providers, nurse practitioners and physicians.
Northeast Lakeview College
The college is relocating its New Braunfels campus at 2193 FM 758 to 2049 Sundance Parkway. Classes are expected to begin at the new location in spring of 2026.
Petals to Go
The flower shop, locally-owned by Leslie Hayes, relocated from 1515 N. Walnut Ave. to 1847 Hwy 46, Ste. H in New Braunfels. The flower shop sells flower arrangements for all occasions, including birthdays, funerals, anniversaries and weddings. Hayes said the new location is a better location for their customers and offers more parking and more space for inventory. Petals to Go also sells home goods, semiprecious jewelry, beer, wine and gourmet food.
Signature Nails
The nail salon relocated from 161 Creekside Way, Ste. 302, to 651 N. Business I-35, Ste. 310. Signature Nails offers manicures, pedicures, eyelash services and waxes.

Texas Thai
The Thai food truck temporarily closed in the beginning of January for renovations. Texas Thai will reopen concurrently with Irish bar Kennedy's Tavern with a new menu.
Wild Bloom Market
The boutique, previously owned by Marie Finger, changed ownership Jan. 3. Wild Bloom Market is now owned by Deepa Krishna Naik. Naik also owns New Braunfels Coffee.
J&R Gymnastics
The locally owned gymnastics center will celebrate its 35th anniversary in June. J&R Gymnastics offers gymnastics, cheer and dance for children and teens.
Beauté Rituals
The beauty shop, owned by Amanda Garza, will celebrate its five-year anniversary in May. Beauté Rituals specializes in eyebrow services, such as tinting, waxing and shaping, as well as skin care treatments and permanent makeup.

Willy’s B’s Burgers and Pizza
The restaurant was known for its brunch menu, handcrafted pizzas and burgers.
Le Citron European Café & Bistro
The locally owned cafe was known for its European-inspired menu items, such as Italian coffee, pastries, crepes, sandwiches and soups.
