A new Cava restaurant is being planned in New Braunfels.
What they offer
Cava is a nationwide chain serving Mediterranean-style food that customers can construct in a “build-your-own” fashion.
They specialize in bowls and pita wraps, topped with Greek-inspired items like tzatziki, harissa and various dressings.
What you need to know
Cava officials were only able to confirm the “preliminary details” filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
"We aren't able to confirm any specifics or a time frame at this point," a representative from Cava said in an email to Community Impact.
The fast-casual restaurant is being planned within a yet-to-be constructed building at 323 Creekside Crossing, Ste. 117, according to the TDLR filing.
The owner of the property said that the restaurant has signed a lease agreement within the development.
