Camp Bow Wow, a dog day care, overnight boarding and dog grooming service, is planning to open a New Braunfels location next summer.

The new business will be located across from Memorial Early College High School at 1450 N. Business I-35. The New Braunfels franchise is locally owned by Frank and Tamara Wetegrove.
Frank Wetegrove, a retired U.S. Army colonel, has operated Camp Bow Wow franchises through the San Antonio and Austin areas for about 19 years, according to an email from a Camp Bow Wow spokesperson.
