On Nov. 8 the city of McKinney planning and zoning commission approved a final replat of 3.5 acres for a new Harbor Freight Tools. The tool retailer will be located at the southeast corner of Greenwood Road and US 75 and city officials expect a groundbreaking in the first quarter of 2017.
